Ola banana! My gosh. Has it been that long? No blog for almost 6 months? LOL. Sometimes, I just don't have time to write even I badly want to. Anyways, so here's a recent ganap which happened just last month - April 9-10, 2023 (Sunday-Monday). Together with my highschool friends, I and my husband went to La Union! Hooray! Nakakamiss rin namang gumala with the peoplets. My last outing with them was 2018 pa.

Our outing fell on a Sunday -- which is actually Easter Sunday. Before our gala, one of us thought of attending a Mass on our way to La Union. Luckily for us that we found a Church along the way, that's kinda near our destination actually. I think, it was an hour or less than an hour before our destination. Our destination by the way is, San Juan (the surf town of La Union).

Here's a photo of us inside the Church. Grabe. I can't help but mapa-throwback sa highschool days namin and the Masses that we used to attend altogether. Hehe.

Then an hour later, it's lunch time at Kermit La Union.

After lunch, we had coffee as we badly needed it! LOL. Ang haba ng pila nito, hindi ko na lang napicture-an kasi nakakahiya at ang init. Phew!

Of course, the wife obliged. Hihi.

After getting our coffee, we already checked in at the beautiful Curbside Villa.




Oh, wow! They have wifi! Pwede palang magwork dito in the future. Hihihi.

It was just a quick dip at the beach kasi ang lakas ng alon! Mahal namin ang buhay namin kaya ahon na kami agad. 😂

Coast Call (Kitchen and Bar) for lunch kasi puno na sa Kabsat and they don't allow reservations. First come, first serve sila doon.

Breakfast At Balay Dako

One Saturday morning, I and my highschool friends planned to go to Tagaytay City , as part of our bonding slash welcoming back our friend who came home from the U.S. Also, to purposely have breakfast there. :D Balay Dako was the choice of our go-to-breakfast place that day and thank God for having a foodie/traveler friend because she's the one who took charge of almost everything. (Hi Jas! If you're reading this, please know that I'm talking about you. Hehe.<3) Moving on, we met at past 5AM in Mandaluyong City. And we really planned to leave this early since we've heard that the queue for breakfast in Balay Dako at 9AM is usually full. S ince it's already opened by 7AM, we targeted to be there at around that time. Also, may I note that reservations there are no longer accommodated. That Rock Climbing Adventure

Whoa. I can't believe that I'm saying this but I'm so excited to share my first ever rock climbing experience. Sa totoo lang, I was really hesitant to do this because I'm a very clumsy person. I was so afraid that I might get bruises and all that from this activity. Huhu. But you know what, in every first time, there's an extra push that you always have to do. :) So here we go... We booked our rock climbing adventure through OutdoorGuidePH in Facebook.   The rates are as follows: 600.00 - for unlimited climb in climb A (for beginner's climb) 800.00 - for climb A and climb B Once you're decided which one to get, you will have to deposit a down payment to Sir Carmelchito "Chito" De los Arcos - the rock climbing instructor/organizer. And we deposited ours to his BPI account. I'm just not sure if there are other down payment options. Then the other half of the rock climbing fee can be paid on the day of the climb. By...
