The New Boracay (Day 4)

Blogging about our Day 4 in Boracay now. Awww. 😭

ICYMI, here are the links to our Day 1, Day 2 and Day 3 in the new Boracay.

For this day's itinerary, we just had breakfast and immediately checked out the hotel then went to the airport. No more activities because our schedule is a bit tied up.

I had cornsilog for breakfast - corned beef, scrambled egg and sinangag (fried rice).
We also had some Jonah's Shake (Boracay's signature shake) before we headed to the airport.

But sadly, Jonah's Shake is not located along the beach anymore. ☹️ But I think, this is just temporary. In case you're wondering, Jonah's Shake is still located in Station 1, but it's in the highway already which is just behind the hotels in Station 1.

Here's how the highway looked like near Jonah's Shake and our hotel.

Riding our service which we booked a day before. And it's an electric tricycle. 😬 It's 350.00/head that includes boat transportation and fees. I must commend the woman who took care of everything. She was very kind, on time and will even accompany you until your last destination - hinatid niya kami hanggang makasakay kami ng tricycle going the airport. I forgot her name lang. Huhu. But we booked everything through Kuya Nonoy, his contact deets can be found in the end of this blog.
Here's the couple whom I owe a lot. Thank you super sa bonding, pasalubong, libreng food & for this trip, JR and Deng! 💚💚💚 I hope to make it up soon!
With Balengs, my Boracay date. Hihi. Labyuuu!
Then at barely 30 minute boat and a 5 minute tricycle ride, we are at the airport already.

Here are some snaps of the new airport of Boracay. 😬

Inspection area.
Waiting area. Me likey the murals huh!
Convenience store.

Charging/IT station.
And huwaaat?! A curated Starbucks Coffee inside the airport?! Dayum!

And the waiting game begins...

Also, wow to this marbled print restroom doors!
Just a few minutes after I went at the restroom, we were already called for boarding. And look what welcomed us outside?

Buses that will bring us to the airplane. Years ago, there were no buses like this in Caticlan airport. You just have to walk in order to get on the plane. This time, it's a lot different! And that only means one thing - Caticlan airport has been enormously expanded!

Group picture inside the bus.

Another group picture inside the airplane. Yey!

And look! We got the emergency exit seats! Haha. Win win situation because the leg room here is big. Only, we're responsible in helping our fellow airplane-mates if emergency comes.

See?
Then the rest followed as we touched down MNL.

If you need a transportation contact in Boracay, kindly contact Kuya Nonoy at:

+63 916 311 9808
+63 929 188 8548

I tell you, it will not only save you a lot of time booking him. Also, it'll save you from the hassle bustle of looking for a transpo that will bring you in the port, falling in line in the boat ticket booth, etc. Some establishments/locals in Boracay offer transpo rides for 750.00/head. Look at the price difference, it's more than half! That's why guys, Kuya Nonoy's is a major YES!

Hope you liked my Boracay series blog. Hihi.

So, that's it for now, guys! If you have any questions regarding this trip, you know the drill, just message me in Facebook, Twitter or Instagram. Alright?

See you in my next blog! And have a nice day!

All the love,
Dona
