Post-Birthday In Elyu (Day 2 & 3)

So this is just a continuation of my previous blog: Post-Birthday In Elyu (Day 1)

If you haven't read it yet, now's the time to do so. Hehe. Link's above. ⬆️

Alright. Welcome to my Post-Birthday In Elyu (Day 2 & 3)! 😬✌🏼

Good morning, Team Elyu! ☀️

We just worked a little when we woke up then we had our breakfast at one of the iconic places in Elyu - Tagpuan it is.

My breakfast that day: Pork Tapa? I forgot na. Haha.
Then we had some coffee at the ever-famous El Union.

Yes to free water! 💕

This cutie pup and RJ. 😍
After having coffee, tambay lang muna sa beach then balik sa Surfers Villa. Rest and work tapos lunch break! 😬

Us while walking under the heat. Thanks for this photo, JM! 😊

While walking, I stumbled upon this cute doggo resting in the sand. Hihi.

Uy! Videoke spotted! Haha.
But before having lunch, we all decided to check another shop (for my sister's pabili again. haha) before we had our lunch.

Thank you, Google Maps and to my friends because we found the shop - Tali ti Amianan! 😬

And there, we bought my sister's bracelet and some stuff.

My sister has been looking for this sticker and sa Elyu ko lang pala mahahanap. LOL.

Cute button pins!

And some macrame keychains. Hihi. 😍
Cute dreamcatcher! Hihi. 😍

Meanwhile, here are our slippers full of beach sand. That's why we had to leave it outside the shop. HAHAHA. 🤣Parang nasa bahay lang. Kamote.

Whoaaa! Rare The 1975 stickers! 😍

Then my friends gave these as a birthday present. Huhuhu. I'm so touch! 😭💕 Been eye-ing these ones actually! Nagkuripot lang ako bilhin. Hahaha.

After successfully buying some stuff for my sister. We then had our lunch! And JM suggested to have it in Coast Call inside San Juan Surf Resort.

There was a bunch of kids during this day in San Juan Surf Resort. And we guessed that maybe those kids were having some surf lessons since San Juan Surf Resort is a surfing school as well.

And I found this kid enjoying on her own and just writing in her journal. 😬

Hahaha. Parang ako lang sometimes. ✌🏼

We've seen Luke Landrigan and her wife, Danika Nemis walking around the Coast Call area. And I couldn't resist it, nagpapicture na ako with Luke. Hahaha.

Awww. Naka-smile siya. 😍 Excuse my ugly self. Haha.
And I'm sharing to you now the sumptuous lunch that we had that day. 😬

And surpriiise!

A picture with heroic Filipino surfer - Roger Casugay who helped a surfing competitor last SEA Games 2019 get off his surfing leash. Roger didn't mind the competition anymore. Rather, he saved a man's life first. Kaka-proud! Mabuhay ka, Roger! 🇵🇭

After having lunch, we we're back to work! And we decided to work in this area. Para chill! 😎

Then after working, I and RJ played Sungka. Haha.

And more of the chill area:

When evening came in, we chose to have dinner here in Amore para maiba naman ng cuisine. Italian naman. Hihi.

Some of our food that night:

Then we met up with RJ and Jona's friends who are based in La Union.

Tada!

Hello from us!
That night also, we decided to have some more drinks since it's our last night in Elyu. And we found the spot below, it's just along the highway.

While driving by, we heard someone singing na parang.. teka.. hahaha. Uhm, medyo normal lang yung boses ni kuya. Kaya feeling namin, hindi naman siguro nakakahiya kung makiki-jam sa kanya. Yun pala, customer siya and naki-jam lang. Hahaha!

After some drinks and hours, ayun na nga.. ang inyong lingkod ay kumanta. Hahaha. Ang kapal ng mukha ni ate nyong ghourl. My gahd! Haha.

Then when it was almost midnight, we decided to change venue and go to Flotsam Jetsam. Para medyo sakto lang sa happy hour nila. Much to our surprise, Flotsam was already about to close when we arrived there.

Well, it was almost 12AM already and it's a weekday. So, what do we expect? Disappointing lang. Haha. But that's okay. We just went back to the bar place na naki-jam kami. Super saya pa nung bumalik kami! Ilang beses nag-extend yung banda that night because of us. LOL. Bumalik daw kasi kami. Hehe.

And here's the business card of that amazing band. Hihi. 👌🏽
DAY 3

By the morning, we decided to hit the beach before we go back to Metro Manila.

Then one of us had decided to surf that day. Guess who?

It's RJ the surfer! Hihi.

Galing niya mag-surf, you guys! ⭐️

Then after RJ's surfing session, we worked a little bit then prepared for check-out.

But before going back to Manila, lunch muna kami since it's 12PM na rin naman.

Seabuds - Danika Nemis' smoothie cafe.

Guess where!

The waiting game..

It's in Coast Call again. Hahaha. Sulit kasi kumain dito eh. Affordable na, ang sarap pa ng food! 👌🏽

The only food pic that I had for that lunch. LOL.
After having yet and another lunch.. bye for now, Elyu!

Then a few driver after, we decided to take a stopover here at one of TPLEX Lay-by's.

Pak!

Sunseeker.. you make me a believer! Haha.
Then, second to the last stopover that day was restroom stopover and to have some Potato Fries. And this was sponsored by RJ. Yikee! Thank you so much again for this! 💕

Love you, guyth! Thank you for the fun Elyu trip! 💕

And this is where my blog ends. 😬

Thank you for reading and I hope that we are all getting by with everything's that's happening in the world. Let's keep on praying.. staying at home and keeping healthy & strong.

See ya,
Dona
